An\u00a0eventual order would add to the 123 already under contract, which are to be delivered between 2027 and 2030.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 301 Leopard 2A8s are under contract to date, with\u00a046 ordered for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shephardmedia.com\/news\/landwarfareintl\/netherlands-bolsters-armed-forces-with-leopard-tanks-and-puma-uas-fleet-upgrades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Netherlands<\/a> and 44 each for <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.shephardmedia.com\/programmes\/detail\/t-72m4cz-mbt-replacement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Czech Republic<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.shephardmedia.com\/programmes\/detail\/leopard-2-lithuania\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lithuania<\/a> and Sweden, along with\u00a0the amount already under contract\u00a0with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/plus.shephardmedia.com\/programmes\/detail\/leopard-2a7-germany\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Germany<\/a>.
