Gordon Strachan knows what a successful Leeds side looks like.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 68-year-old was named FWA Footballer of the Year for his efforts in the 1990\/91 campaign as Leeds<\/a> finished fourth in the old First Division, having only just been promoted. <\/p>\n

Gordon Strachan<\/a> should therefore be a respected figure at Elland Road<\/a> who fans listen to \u2013 but supporters will not agree with his odd verdict on Daniel Farke<\/a> after a chat with The Yorkshire Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gordon Strachan\u2019s comments on Daniel Farke will baffle Leeds United fans<\/p>\n

Strangely, the man from Edinburgh started his conversation with The Yorkshire Post by claiming that he feels Farke can do no more than he currently is with Leeds.<\/p>\n

However, Strachan finished by conceding that Leeds could \u201cpossibly\u201d be \u201canother four or five positions\u201d higher up the Premier League.<\/p>\n

Should Leeds sack Daniel Farke? <\/p>\n

The man who made 194 appearances for Leeds said: \u201cIs he under pressure? No. Would he want to be doing better at Leeds? Yes.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo we have the players that should be better than what they\u2019re doing just now? That\u2019s the question you\u2019ve got to answer yourself. You ask yourself and I think probably not.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Daniel Farke is doing as well as he can with the players he\u2019s got\u2026 I see a decent group of lads who are working very hard and a manager who\u2019s a good manager. We respect Strachan, but there is no denying this is a whole load of word soup, to say the least.<\/p>\n

Leeds United fans strongly disagree with Gordon Strachan on Daniel Farke<\/p>\n

For Strachan to say the German is not under pressure is simply false.<\/p>\n

Leeds fans were livid at Farke<\/a> earlier this week after he suggested supporters felt survival was secured after the 2-1 win over West Ham.<\/p>\n

“After we beat West Ham, people said survival was confirmed and now everyone is panicking about relegation”<\/p>\n

Supporters also wanted Farke sacked<\/a> after the 3-0 defeat at Brighton, mainly due to his lack of proactiveness and negative tactical choices on the day.<\/p>\n

With four defeats in the last five Premier League outings, Strachan simply cannot argue that the 49-year-old is not at risk of losing his job. <\/p>\n
