Peter Kay was forced to momentarily halt his Liverpool show tonight after a technical issue disrupted the opening moments of his performance. The 52-year-old comedian, famed for Phoenix Nights, Car Share and his work with Paddy McGuinness in Max and Paddy<\/a>, took to the stage at the M&S Bank Arena<\/a> at 8pm for the first of two back-to-back shows as part of his record-breaking Better Late Than Never tour.<\/p>\n But just minutes into the performance, Kay found himself unable to continue as a camera used to film the audience suddenly cut out. The fault left him with no option but to improvise while technicians attempted to fix the issue.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat\u2019s going on here? We can\u2019t stop, everyone\u2019s already come in!\u201d he joked to thousands of fans.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat shall I do? Shall I just fill? It\u2019s warm in here isn\u2019t it?
