“I eventually got there after missing a sitter,” says Hibs striker Kieron Bowie<\/b>, who opened the scoring at Easter Road.<\/p>\n

“It’s been a while [since I last scored] but you’ve just got to keep doing what you’re doing. Hopefully, one will go in.<\/p>\n

“The header was an awkward height and I thought ‘I could chest this’ then I tried to head it and somehow it’s gone over the bar. You’ve just got to bounce back. I could have gone under and that would have been me for the whole game, but I tried to laugh it off.<\/p>\n

“I won’t repeat what I said after getting the goal…”<\/p>\n

Asked about forcing his way back into the Scotland squad for the World Cup, Bowie is not getting carried away.<\/p>\n

“Obviously everyone wants to play for their nation and I’ve managed to do that a couple of times, but that would be another level,” he says.<\/p>\n

“I’ll need a lot more goals.
