With house prices on the rise across <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/news\/greater-manchester-news\/\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Greater Manchester<\/a>, now could be the perfect time to sell a home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">Property experts have spotted a 53 percent surge in searches for &#8216;new homes for sale Manchester&#8217; in just the last three months. Using the latest data from the Land Registry, a mortgage expert has uncovered the top areas in the borough where house prices have increased the most in 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">M40, covering Ancoats and Miles Platting, is the postcode area with the biggest increases in house prices over the last year, whilst <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/all-about\/didsbury\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Didsbury<\/a>, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/all-about\/fallowfield\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Fallowfield<\/a> and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/all-about\/levenshulme\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Levenshulme<\/a> have also made the list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">\u201cRight now, Manchester\u2019s housing market is in a really interesting position. For sellers, realistic pricing and a strong location still attract significant interest. the largest increase in Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>M16 &#8211; Whalley Range and Old Trafford<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">House prices in M16 were at an average of \u00a3342,661 over the last year, which has gone up by 24 percent.<\/p>\n<p>M11 &#8211; Clayton, Bedwick and Openshaw<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">House prices in M11 have gone up by 16.3 percent with an overall average of \u00a3396,755 over the last year.<\/p>\n<p>M1 &#8211;
