London might be grappling with a housing crisis, but it’s also brimming with multi-million pound mansions that are the abodes of the city’s richest inhabitants.<\/p>\n
However, these grand residences sometimes fall into disrepair.<\/p>\n
A band of urban explorers took to TikTok to unveil the interior of one such mansion. Once a plush dwelling for one of London’s wealthiest citizens, the inside has essentially been abandoned to decay and ruin.<\/p>\n
In a TikTok clip, the group is seen wandering around the vast dilapidated mansion, starting from the entrance hall featuring a grand spiral staircase. The exterior, meanwhile, showcases large columns supporting the roof overhang at the entrance.<\/p>\n
As the group navigates through the house, it’s evident they aren’t the first visitors, with graffiti adorning the walls and debris scattered all over. Light fittings are missing and the ceiling is riddled with holes.<\/p>\n

A brief look out of a window reveals absent tiles on the roof and patches of black mould dotted around. The place is genuinely deserted and in chaos.<\/p>\n
The mansion’s location isn’t immediately clear, but according to comments on the video, someone identifies it as being on Bishop’s Avenue.<\/p>\n
This street in East Finchley is famed as one of the most affluent roads worldwide, often referred to as ‘Billionaires’ Row’.<\/p>\n
Rightmove states that houses in this area were sold for an average price of \u00a36,746,250 last year. MyLondon reported in 2023 that a Saudi King owns one of the mansions.<\/p>\n
While many comments express a curiosity to explore the house, others caution about stringent security measures in place, including guard dogs – so it’s not advised to venture there on your own.<\/p>\n
