I\u2019m a Celeb viewers were left distinctly unimpressed at Ant and Dec for one cheeky habit which they displayed during Angry Ginge\u2019s Bushtucker Trial – leaving him struggling to get his stars for camp<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a Celeb <\/a>fans have hit out at mischievous Geordie show hosts Ant and Dec for one thing they did during YouTube<\/a> Angry Ginge\u2019s gruesome Bushtucker Trial on Sunday night’s episode.<\/p>\n

Ginge <\/a>was chosen to take part in the Terror Flying Tours trial, and had to stick his head into various different ominous boxes in order to win stars for camp – joined, as is now tradition, by a few rather scary companions.<\/p>\n

But fans watching from home couldn’t help noticing that the pair were putting off the star by making him laugh – while he attempted to wrangle a star off a metal screw, using only his tongue.<\/p>\n

In the first box, Ginge tried to unscrew the stars in a box full of lizards, as cheeky as Ant commented with a wicked smile, \u201cTongue gets very dry doesn\u2019t it? Was a little dry, had to lubricate it,\u201d which made Ginge giggle as he responded distractedly, \u201cShut up.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the clock ticking and just ten seconds left to complete the challenge, Ant quipped, \u201cThis is going to be a great meme.\u201d But his jokey words completely threw Ginge, as he laughed out loud – and failed to get the star before time ran out.<\/p>\n

And the hosts’ interference didnt go unnoticed. ON X, one viewer slammed, \u201cCan\u2019t lie it bugged me how much Ant and Dec <\/a>were talking during Ginge\u2019s trial #ImACeleb.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another didn’t see the funny side either and slammed: \u201cAnt and Dec need to be quiet when Ginge is doing the trial, they are putting him off and laughing at things that aren\u2019t funny!! Not watched much of this series, but that made me switch off!! #ImACeleb.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yet another fan commented: \u201cI feel like Ginge missing out on that star was partially Ant and Dec\u2019s fault #ImACeleb.\u201d Another hit out: \u201cStop talking Ant and Dec, let Angry Ginge concentrate #ImACeleb.\u201d A fifth added: \u201cI wish Ant and Dec didn\u2019t distract Ginge there, if they didn\u2019t make him laugh, he would of maybe got that second star.<\/p>\n

But Ginge got his own back later on, by calling Ant a \u201cd***head* after the pair laughed at him, and viewers loved his style. One said: \u201cLove Ginge #ImACeleb. Only he could get away with calling Ant a d******d. Comedy gold.\u201d Another added: \u201cIt\u2019s quite nice seeing Ginge give some banter back to Ant and Dec #ImACeleb.\u201d<\/p>\n

And the 24-year-old’s trial was far from a disaster, as the You Tube sensation from Salford ended up walking away with ten stars out of a possible twelve, despite Ant & Dec’s naughty efforts.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a source has claimed to the Mirror<\/a> that the Salford-born star, 24, who has already proved uber-popular with viewers back home, is set to be inundated with offers when he leaves the jungle<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They claimed, “Brands have very quickly clocked that he\u2019s not just a viral creator; he\u2019s genuinely relatable, he speaks the language of real people, and he connects with an audience that many big companies have struggled to reach.”<\/p>\n

One element of his star quality that is reportedly attracting particular interest is Angry Ginge’s “authenticity” – as he came from humble beginnings, growing up in a council flat with his mum and sister.<\/p>\n
