Tyrese Campbell is set to be at the centre of a police investigation following a moment that took place during Sheffield United\u2019s 3-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n That is according to former PGMOL chief and ex-FIFA referee Keith Hackett<\/a>, who exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong> that the surveillance cameras inside Hillsborough will be consulted after the incident.<\/p>\n Campbell netted in the early stages of both halves to help his team to three points, and lift them to within touching distance of escaping the Championship<\/a> drop zone. <\/p>\n The striker\u2019s goals handed Sheffield Wednesday another defeat<\/a>, which has kept them rooted to the foot of the table in the second tier as their struggles continue both on and off the pitch. <\/p>\n The former Stoke City forward stole the show at Hillsborough, but he was at the centre of some unsavoury scenes during the contest, which are now set to be taken further.<\/p>\n Sheffield Wednesday\u2019s off-field situation has been dire<\/a> of late, and they were dealt yet more pain by their bitter rivals this weekend.<\/p>\n Campbell\u2019s influence ultimately decided the game, as his fourth and fifth goals of the season put the contest beyond the hosts\u2019 reach in the Steel City Derby. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES<\/p>\n He struck the opener in front of the Kop at Hillsborough in the 11th minute of the action, and the Sky Sports<\/a> cameras captured a series of objects being thrown by home supporters while he was celebrating the goal.<\/p>\n Hackett was critical of the lack of invlolvement from the stewards in the incident, and expects it to be eascalated by the authorities in the coming days.<\/p>\n \u201cThe throwing of objects must be treated very seriously,\u201d he exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe police have surveillance cameras and they will be looking to identify the culprit who may then face a criminal prosecution.
