He will be responsible for the \u201cservice and standards that create an exceptional customer experience across all Harrods physical retail channels\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"news-image\" style=\"width:100%;max-width:587px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/d85d.png\" alt=\"Mark Blundell of Harrods\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>Mark Blundell of Harrods <\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">Blundell (pictured above) joined Harrods in 2018 as head of Retail Projects &amp; Retail Services and in 2022 was promoted to Retail director.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Harrods, he held leadership roles at John Lewis and sister brand Waitrose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">Harrods&#8217; MD Michael Ward said: \u201cMark is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial results. His strategic leadership will support the ongoing development of our high-performance culture and continuing evolution of Harrods as the leading luxury authority.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His promotion follows the recent appointment of Sarah Myler to the Management Executive Committee as chief brand and reputation officer.
