Two of the largest\u00a0and most popular\u00a0universities\u00a0in the UK have come together to offer their graduates a discount on\u00a0postgraduate\u00a0courses across both\u00a0their\u00a0institutions in the first scheme of its kind.\u00a0<\/p>\n
From September 2026, graduates from both Manchester Metropolitan University and\u00a0The University of Manchester will be eligible for a 10% fee discount on PGT programmes\u00a0across both\u00a0institutions.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Together, they are the\u00a0first UK universities to offer an alumni discount across separate institutions, marking a significant step forward in collaboration between two\u00a0which\u00a0will\u00a0benefit\u00a0graduates, while helping to grow Manchester\u2019s talent pipeline and economy.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The\u00a0new\u00a0scheme will open opportunities for more students and answers\u00a0the\u00a0Government\u2019s call in its recently published Post-16 Education and Skills White Paper for universities to work more closely together to support students and drive growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n
