She first announced to viewers that Trump was planning to unveil his new proposals yesterday (November 24) after the government shutdown \u2013 but those plans quickly changed.<\/p>\n<p data-mce-linkchecker-status=\"valid\">Dean said: \u201cPresident Trump is planning to unveil a new healthcare proposal, and at this point we\u2019re still waiting to know exactly what\u2019s in it, but we\u2019re told it could include a temporary extension of the enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies, which are due to expire at the end of the year. They were at the centre of the government shutdown.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;However, the subsidies could come with some fresh guardrails that could include new income limits and a requirement that everyone pay some form of a premium. Now, we should note that if the subsidies do expire, millions of Americans are expected to see their premiums more than double next year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She was joined by Zack Cooper from Yale University, but as she introduced him, <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/showbiz\/tv-radio\/2137240\/fox-news-halted-breaking-alert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the breaking story evolved.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dean said: \u201cZack, thanks for being here. As I noted, we are very much still waiting for the specifics here\u2026\u201d cutting herself off as she added: \u201cSorry, Zack, we\u2019re getting breaking news while I\u2019m talking to you.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have learned that the White House has <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/showbiz\/tv-radio\/2137862\/donald-trump-humiliated-fox-news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">postponed its expected unveiling<\/a> of this new healthcare proposal.
