The Building Safety Regulator has granted Building Safety Act Gateway 2 approval to the 581-home Edition Birmingham development in the heart of Birmingham.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In October, developer Sphere Group and strategic partner Select Property, revealed that all 149 apartments in Edition\u2019s first tower, Park Residence, have sold out, with the development generating more than \u00a3108m in revenue to date.<\/p>\n
The Park Residence tower is expected to be completed by 2027 with the adjoining, 150m-tall Centenary Tower, following in 2028.\u00a0<\/p>\n
