Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow<\/a>‘s home has hit the market for \u00a38million – after a sale for a much higher price fell through.<\/p>\n

The estranged couple had a buyer lined up for the stunning six-bedroom home in Essex, which was once owned by Sir Rod Stewart<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They were set to be in for a massive windfall after purchasing the 18th century property which boasts 25 acres of land, a football pitch and a lake, six years ago from the singer for \u00a34.1million.<\/p>\n

They had reportedly agreed a deal for \u00a38.5million in June – which would have meant a \u00a34.4million profit and the warring exes could finally move on.<\/p>\n

The property has now been listed by luxury estate agents Savills for \u00a38million, which is a \u00a31\/2 million reduction from the previously agreed sale.<\/p>\n

It’s likely that both parties will be keen for a quick sale to move on, especially as Andy is now in a relationship with celebrity hair stylist Lou Teasdale.<\/p>\n

The huge Grade II listed building boasts four reception rooms, five bathrooms, a boating lake, swimming pool and tennis court.<\/p>\n

As you’d expect from the former Newcastle United striker, the estate also comes with a full-sized football pitch.<\/p>\n

There’s also a separate two bedroom cottage,\u00a0four barns and a stables, which features a gym.<\/p>\n

Savill’s agent Barclay MacFarlane says: ‘This home is truly extraordinary, easily one of the most captivating properties I’ve ever had the pleasure to sell.<\/p>\n

‘Each room exudes charm and elegance, while the gardens and surrounding setting are simply breathtaking.’<\/p>\n

The estate is situated on the fringes of Epping Forest and ‘the grounds are punctuated by mature trees, serene terraces, and the enchanting boating lake with its own jetty, creating an idyllic private sanctuary,’ states the agent’s listing.<\/p>\n

It goes onto add: ‘A remarkable Jacobean-style estate that masterfully blends timeless historic charm with modern luxury.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Andy’s wedding to Billi was almost called off when he was pictured drunkenly passed out in bed with two women in Dubai on his stag do.<\/p>\n

Billi forgave him after one of the women insisted nothing sexual happened.<\/p>\n

Despite claims Billi was ‘blindsided’ by Andy’s new relationship, friends of hers say that she ‘knew Andy had someone’ but she just wasn’t sure who it was. She found out shortly before the romance was made public.<\/p>\n
