{"id":593656,"date":"2025-11-25T22:03:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T22:03:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/593656\/"},"modified":"2025-11-25T22:03:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T22:03:11","slug":"germanys-police-chief-lauds-very-good-cooperation-with-morocco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/593656\/","title":{"rendered":"Germany\u2019s Police Chief Lauds \u2018Very Good Cooperation\u2019 with Morocco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rabat \u2013 Holger Munch, the President of the Criminal Police of the Federal Republic of <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.moroccoworldnews.com\/2025\/07\/227137\/germany-renews-commitment-to-strengthen-bilateral-ties-cooperation-with-morocco\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Germany<\/a>, has commended the \u201cvery good\u201d security cooperation between Rabat and Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like to commend this very good cooperation that has existed between our two countries for years and continues to improve,\u201d Munch told the press following his meetings with the Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance (DGSN-DGST), Abdellatif Hammouchi, today.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Munch is part of the high-level officials who have been participating in the 93rd session of Interpol\u2019s General Assembly, held from November 24- 27 in Marrakech.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very grateful for it and truly appreciate it,\u201d he said, describing Moroccan security services as \u201cvery efficient.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The German official emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries, which \u201crely on each other\u201d in this field.<\/p>\n<p>The General Assembly kicked off on Monday, bringing together 800 delegates from 179 countries. The delegations include 82 police chiefs, who discussed different issues, including the identification and dismantling of transnational organized crime.<\/p>\n<p>Its goal is to strengthen Interpol\u2019s global police capabilities as well as promote the role of women in policing.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second time Marrakech has hosted this event.
