{"id":594107,"date":"2025-11-26T02:50:25","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T02:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/594107\/"},"modified":"2025-11-26T02:50:25","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T02:50:25","slug":"urban-outfitters-clocks-another-record-sales-quarter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/594107\/","title":{"rendered":"Urban Outfitters clocks another record sales quarter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                    <b>Published<\/b><br \/>\n                                    <\/p>\n<p>                                        November 26, 2025<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-content col-md-8 offset-md-1\">\n                                <a class=\"fnwAddLinks\" href=\"https:\/\/uk.fashionnetwork.com\/tags-urban-outfitters\" title=\"Urban Outfitters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Urban Outfitters<\/a> Inc. announced on Tuesday\u00a0sales for the third quarter increased\u00a012.3% to a record\u00a0$1.53 billion, as the U.S. company consolidated growth once again across all brands and channels.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"news-image\" style=\"width:100%;max-width:872px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/e065.png\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"\/> Urban Outfitters<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">The Philadelphia-based company said retail sales increased 9.6%, with comparable retail sales increasing 8% for the quarter ending October 31, driven by high single-digit growth in both digital channel sales and retail store sales.<\/p>\n<p>By brand, comparable sales surged 12.5% at\u00a0Urban Outfitters, rose 7.6% at <a class=\"fnwAddLinks\" href=\"https:\/\/uk.fashionnetwork.com\/tags-anthropologie\" title=\"Anthropologie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anthropologie<\/a> and lifted 4.1% at <a class=\"fnwAddLinks\" href=\"https:\/\/uk.fashionnetwork.com\/tags-free-people\" title=\"Free People\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Free People<\/a>. Subscription sales increased by 48.7%, thanks to a 42.2% increase in average active subscribers. Meanwhile, wholesale revenues increased 7.6%, thanks to an 8.4% increase in Free People wholesale sales primarily due to an increase in sales to specialty customers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">The stellar sales quarter resulted in record-breaking profit for the three months, with net income totalling\u00a0$116.4 million\u00a0and earnings per diluted share of\u00a0$1.28.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to report record revenues, profits, and earnings per share for the quarter,\u201d said\u00a0Richard Hayne, chief executive officer, Urban Outfitters Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrends observed last quarter have remained consistent with broad-based comparable sales growth and robust results in the Retail, Subscription, and Wholesale segments.
