Apparently named after a popular early 2000’s phrase referring to foodies who serve every dish topped with an egg, the chain now also has sites across the US, as well as in Tokyo, Hong Kong and London.

In fact, the ‘chef driven, gourmet food concept’ has well and truly expanded across the capital in the last six years, with seven venues there alone. The all-day breakfast brand, founded by Alvin Cailan, has allegedly received countless demands for a site in Manchester.

Opening at Bruntwood SciTech’s Centurion House in Deansgate, overlooking the Manchester Town Hall and near Spinningfields, the café will open at the start of the year.
