Coronation Street viewers have begged for a storyline to come to an end. It’s been a chaotic time in the Connor-Swain household following the unexpected arrival of Becky Swain.<\/p>\n

Lisa has been battling trying to save her relationship with Carla while restoring the bond between Betsy and her other mum. When Becky heard Lisa and Carla<\/a> had lunchtime arrangements, she immediately set her eyes on ruining their plans.<\/p>\n

Lisa found her ex-partner<\/a> in no fit state to look after herself. Becky stumbled down the street clinging on to a bottle of Carla’s finest red wine. Lisa had no choice but to help take her home and sober her up.<\/a><\/p>\n

Becky soon opened up on her emotions, explaining she only started drinking to block out the fact she\u2019s lost everything in her life, including her family. She finds it heartbreaking to see her former wife living a new life with Carla.<\/a><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Carla sat in the restaurant at the Chariot Square hotel patiently waiting for Lisa’s arrival. But she was stunned when she realised she had been stood up.<\/a><\/p>\n

Back at the house, Becky treated herself to a shower and got cosy in a dressing gown robe. She walked down the stairs at the same moment Carla came back home.<\/p>\n

She was horrified to see Becky, Lisa and Betsy playing happy families while she was waiting alone at the hotel.<\/a><\/p>\n

Viewers have seen Lisa and Carla meet, <\/a>fall in love and get engaged. Soap fans have loved witnessing their romance blossom on-screen and have found it difficult to watch their relationship slowly break away.<\/p>\n

Taking to social media, fans have begged for the storyline to end. One said: “PLEASE can you bring this Becky storyline to an end???!!!!!!”<\/p>\n

A second said: “This Swarla storyline is stressing me out badly tbh why can they never have a good moment together”, while a third added: “Carla deserves better!”<\/p>\n

More added to the conversation on X: “Carla has finally had enough and tbh I’m surprised its taken this long”, “Someone throw Becky out that house. Right now!” and “Carla deserves better!”<\/p>\n

As the episode continued,<\/a> Carla confronted Lisa and Becky before storming out of the house. She said: “Thanks for clarifying it’s me that’s in the way. I’m going to make it dead easy for you.”<\/p>\n

Fans hope Carla will end the relationship for good after saying she feels like an outsider. One fan said: “Come on Carla kick the lot of them out!!!”<\/p>\n

A second said: “BOOT THEM OUT CARLA!” and a third wrote: “Kick them ALL out Carla, and move on!”<\/p>\n

Carla told Lisa she wanted to take a break and announced she was going to stay at the hotel. Viewers were left on a cliffhanger, wondering if it is the end of “Swarla” for good.<\/p>\n
