{"id":596375,"date":"2025-11-27T03:59:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T03:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/596375\/"},"modified":"2025-11-27T03:59:51","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T03:59:51","slug":"brexit-and-youth-a-panel-discussion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/596375\/","title":{"rendered":"Brexit and Youth &#8211; a panel discussion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Paragraphstyled__ParagraphStyled-sc-176xsi4-0 cgUnvG\"><strong>What is the impact of Brexit on youth opportunities, especially on UK students in mainland Europe and vice-versa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraphstyled__ParagraphStyled-sc-176xsi4-0 cgUnvG\">Find out at the first event of King&#8217;s Europe Week, where <strong>Shona Murray<\/strong> (Europe Correspondent for Euronews) and <strong>S\u00e9bastien Maillard<\/strong> (Associate Fellow, Europe Programme, Chatham House) will engage in a panel discussion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraphstyled__ParagraphStyled-sc-176xsi4-0 cgUnvG\">After a short opening statement from each speaker, the panel will take questions from audience members, followed by a debate between panellists.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraphstyled__ParagraphStyled-sc-176xsi4-0 cgUnvG\">The event will be held in the <strong>Great Hall<\/strong> of <strong>King&#8217;s Building<\/strong>. A reception with drinks will follow: we encourage all attendees to stay, enjoy a drink, and network.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraphstyled__ParagraphStyled-sc-176xsi4-0 cgUnvG\">Please note, King&#8217;s events are free, which means <strong>we routinely overbook to allow for no-shows<\/strong> and avoid empty seats. <strong>Admission is on a first come, first served basis<\/strong>, so please arrive in good time to avoid disappointment. <strong>We will not be able to admit those without tickets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraphstyled__ParagraphStyled-sc-176xsi4-0 cgUnvG\">There may be some photography at this event for archival and promotional purposes.
