Daniel Farke is currently on very thin ice at Leeds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fans are tired of the German<\/a> \u2013 and are especially frustrated by how little he reacts to developments during games on the tactical front.<\/p>\n

Supporters even felt resigned to chanting \u201cmake a sub\u201d<\/a> during the 2-1 defeat against Aston Villa as the 49-year-old persisted with the same setup, and ultimately watched Unai Emery reign supreme having actually had the tactical intuition to make changes at the interval. <\/p>\n

Should Leeds sack Daniel Farke? <\/p>\n

Gabriel Gudmundsson<\/a> now appears to have echoed these frustrations from Leeds<\/a> fans as he tells Daniel Farke<\/a> to \u201cadapt\u201d during games.<\/p>\n

Gabriel Gudmundsson says Leeds United \u201cneed to adapt\u201d in \u201ccertain games\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking to BBC<\/a> Radio Leeds, the Sweden international called for unity at Leeds and asked for everybody to stick together amid a run of six defeats in the last seven Premier League games.<\/p>\n

However, Gudmundsson did concede that Farke needs to \u201cadapt\u201d \u2013 in a hint that even the Leeds players are frustrated by the repetitive tactical approach.<\/p>\n

The Swede said: \u201cWe need to adapt to certain games depending on which team you\u2019re playing and their qualities. We have to accept sometimes that we are losing, and when we are winning, we are winning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Farke rarely makes changes until it is too late for his substitutions to make an impact, even if Leeds are trailing as we witnessed during the 3-0 and 3-1 defeats at Brighton and Nottingham Forest respectively.<\/p>\n

It must be incredibly frustrating for the Leeds players on the pitch to be left hung out to dry like that, so hopefully Gudmundsson\u2019s message is adhered to by the German. <\/p>\n

Gabriel Gudmundsson needs more help from Noah Okafor<\/p>\n

Farke can help Leeds overall by being more tactically proactive, but one thing that needs ironing out at Thorp Arch is the sheer volume of goals being conceded from cutbacks. <\/p>\n

The first two goals scored by Brighton came down Gudmundsson\u2019s side, as did the first two goals netted by Nottingham Forest in those aforementioned defeats of late.<\/p>\n

Morgan Rogers also equalised for Aston Villa last time out following a cross from Donyell Malen down that flank.<\/p>\n

Gudmundsson has impressed<\/a> since his \u00a310m move from Lille, and when you rewatch these goals, he is not always to blame as Noah Okafor rarely even enters the picture.<\/p>\n

Farke was actually upset with Okafor<\/a> during the loss at Brighton \u2013 appearing to be unhappy by how little the Switzerland international was tracking back \u2013 so this is a major issue for Leeds to work on at Thorp Arch.<\/p>\n
