The two sides last met back in 2023 in the group stages of the last Women\u2019s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/11\/27\/womens-football\/1242843-norway-vs-brazil-preview-womens-international-friendly-202526.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Cup<\/a><\/strong> in Australia and New Zealand where the Lionesses came out on top with the game finishing with a 6-1 win.<\/p>\n<p>China PR have lost every one of their last six games against the current top five nations (Spain, USA, Sweden, England, Germany) by an aggregate score of 21-3.<\/p>\n<p>The Lionesses enter this international window with a rotated squad with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/10\/29\/womens-football\/1239473-debutants-deliver-kendallhinds-shine-on-england-debut.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sarina Wiegman<\/a> <\/strong>continuing her run of bringing young players from the under 23s side, with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/10\/31\/womens-football\/1239730-chelsea-vs-london-city-lionesses-womens-super-league-preview-gameweek-7-2025.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Freya Godfrey<\/a><\/strong> getting her first senior call up, along with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/10\/23\/womens-football\/1238807-lucia-kendall-comments-on-her-support-network-after-milestonemoment.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lucia Kendall<\/a><\/strong> and Anouk Denton receiving their second.<\/p>\n<p>However, there are notable misses such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/09\/28\/womens-football\/1235595-west-ham-united-0-4-chelsea-the-blues-run-riot-in-east-london.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hannah Hampton,<\/a><\/strong> who is set to be out until the new year with a quad injury. Additionally, Captain Leah Williamson is still unavailable for both club and country and is yet to feature since the Euros.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, on a more positive note according to Wiegman, the entire of the selected squad for this international window is currently available for selection for Saturday\u2019s game against China PR.<\/p>\n<p>England: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/10\/24\/womens-football\/1238858-sarina-wiegman-provides-squad-update-ahead-of-brazil-test-hannah-hampton-is-not-available-for-tomorrow.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keira Walsh<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/10\/24\/womens-football\/1238858-sarina-wiegman-provides-squad-update-ahead-of-brazil-test-hannah-hampton-is-not-available-for-tomorrow.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keira Walsh<\/a><\/strong> is set to captain the side and make her 96th cap for England.<\/p>\n<p>The Chelsea player, previously played for <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/data\/manchester-city\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manchester City<\/a><\/b> winning the WSL title in 2016, the Women\u2019s FA Cup three times and the Women\u2019s League Cup on four occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Following Euros victory in 2022, she then transferred to European giants, Barcelona, where won a variety of domestic trophies alongside two <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/football\/2025\/11\/20\/womens-football\/1241949-chelsea-1-1-barcelona-post-match-barcelona-player-ratings.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UEFA Champions League<\/a><\/strong> wins.<\/p>\n<p>Walsh, then returned back to the WSL joining big guns Chelsea in January 2024, where she slotted in seamlessly, helping them to yet another domestic treble.<\/p>\n<p>Walsh is known for her pin point accurate passing, along with her ability to read the game well, dictating the direction of play and moving to support players in possession.<\/p>\n<p>She made her international debut for England back in November 2017 aged 21.
