Brewski and Great British Doner will be welcoming their first set of customers<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/christmas\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\"> just in time for the festive season.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">Best known for its North American comfort food, Brewski already has establishments in Manchester, Sheffield and Chester. The iconic brand will open in <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/liverpool-one\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Liverpool ONE<\/a> on Saturday, December 6, where guests can order its huge meat platters, side plates and various desserts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">The new Liverpool restaurant will boast 5,000 sqft of space and outdoor covers. <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/whats-on-news\/popular-restaurant-huge-following-confirms-32581546\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Brewski was founded<\/a> by James Daly and Steven Stockton-King, the same two who are also behind American Pies and BIG TRAY BBQ.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">The two previously<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\"> told the ECHO<\/a> they chose the city as their next site because the pair met at Liverpool University, 20 years ago this year.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/0_JS147619376.jpg\" alt=\"Brewski's enormous \u00a340 breakfast platter\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>Brewski&#8217;s enormous \u00a340 breakfast platter<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">They said: \u201cWe&#8217;ve had the privilege of watching the city grow and thrive in that time with its food scene and culture going from strength to strength. Liverpool ONE has been a huge part of this growth and we are extremely excited that we now get to be a part of it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">\u201cOur aim is to make every menu better, every venue better, which means we are putting all our learnings so far to create the best Brewski yet. On it will be the &#8220;Oh Christmas Tray, Oh Christmas Tray&#8221; featuring beef Wellington spring rolls, slow-cooked sage lamb, shoulder-topped garlic butter roast potatoes, festive burgers, as well as Terry&#8217;s Chocolate orange truffle balls and sticky Biscoff pudding. A grand opening has now been announced for 2pm on Sunday, December 7.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">The brand was created by Mehmet Nezir Korkut, a Turkish-born entrepreneur and restaurateur with over 25 years of hospitality experience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">The kebab shop prides itself on selling &#8220;next-generation&#8221; meals and chocolate doners. There will also be an unusual frozen chocolate doner available for dessert &#8211; featuring rich chocolate shavings poured on top of a warm pancake.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">The brand has been recognised at this year\u2019s TURTA Turkish Restaurants &amp; Takeaway Awards. It officially closed its doors on Sunday, October 12.
