The annual awards celebrate the best chippies in Scotland<\/a> across a range of categories.<\/p>\n Taking home the title of Best Dine-In Fish and Chips at the 2025 Scottish Fish and Chip Awards was Il Pescatore in Paisley<\/a>. The restaurant, which is located around 10 miles from Glasgow<\/a>, specialises in fresh seafood dishes.<\/p>\n Inside, Il Pescatore features modern, bright, and stylish interiors. The restaurant icludes chic artwork on its walls and light fittings, and a luxury-feeling bar<\/a> area.<\/p>\n The highlight of Il Pescatore’s menu is its traditional fish and chips, with haddock available both with or without panko breadcrumbs.
