Bristol Palin<\/a> shared an update amid her ongoing struggle with her \u201ccrooked face\u201d after enduring nearly a year with Bell’s Palsy.<\/a>\n<\/p>\n The 35-year-old daughter of former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin<\/a> posted a Thanksgiving update to her Instagram stories alongside 5-year-old daughter Sailor Grace Meyer<\/a>, whom she shares with ex-fianc\u00e9 Dakota Meyer<\/a>, where they showed off their holiday \u201cfit check.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cBlack skinnies, black long sleeve, same denim shirt I wear all the time, vintage Louis Vuitton,\u201d Palin said, holding up the bag. She then added, \u201cand still a crooked face.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Bristol Palin and her daughter shared their holiday “fit check.”.<\/p>\n Bristol Palin\/Instagram<\/p>\n Her struggle with facial paralysis has been going on since January<\/a>, when the Dancing with the Stars<\/a> alum took to social media to share that she\u2019d had a sudden onset of what doctors believed is Bell’s Palsy.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI woke up nine days ago with a little weird sensation in my face,\u201d Palin said. \u201cMy mouth was pulling this way and it just felt a little off. So I went, looked in the mirror. I\u2019m like \u2018Wow. This is looking a little weird.\u2019 \u201d\n<\/p>\n The public speaker<\/a> shared that \u201cwithin a couple hours the entire left side of my face was numb and just paralyzed \u2026 Couldn\u2019t really blink my eye. Definitely had no movement on [the left side] of my face. So crazy.\u201d\n<\/p>\n According to John Hopkins Medicine<\/a>, Bell\u2019s palsy<\/a> is a sudden paralysis or weakness of the facial muscles, usually on one side of the face.
