Passengers travelling from Glasgow Central Station<\/a> may face disruption after trespassers were spotted on the railway. People commuting through Scotland’s <\/a>busiest train station may have their plans scuppered this evening.<\/p>\n That is because trespassers were seen on the tracks at Milliken Park on Friday, November 28, causing several lines from Glasgow Central to be affected. Disruption could continue into the evening, ScotRail <\/a>has confirmed.<\/p>\n While services are to run as scheduled, ScotRail has announced on X, previously Twitter, that “disruption to services will still be ongoing until our staff and trains are back in position”.<\/p>\n Most of the upheaval affects services to Ayrshire <\/a>and Inverclyde.<\/p>\n Services affected include:<\/p>\n The rail service has arranged for train tickets to be accepted on local bus routes with Stagecoach on all bus routes in Ayr\/Largs\/Ardrossan and stops in between towards Glasgow <\/a>in both directions in light of the changes.<\/p>\n Rail tickets will also be accepted with McGills buses between Milliken Park\/Johnstone\/Paisley and Glasgow. And service number 38 will run in both directions.<\/p>\n It comes after commuters were hit with delays yesterday morning<\/a> after a major train <\/a>line into Glasgow was blocked due to an incident, the nature of which was not revealed by officials.<\/p>\n ScotRail said emergency services were dealing with an incident <\/a>between Clarkston and Thorntonhall.
