These have facilitated the coordinated implementation of EU legislation and policies related to improving air quality.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, the Fifth EU Clean Air Forum will be hosted by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) at the World Conference Center\u00a0in\u00a0<strong>Bonn<\/strong>. The event will take place from <strong>1 December at 13:00<\/strong> to <strong>2 December at 16:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eucleanairforum.wmhproject.events\/en\/webstreaming\" class=\"ecl-link ecl-link--icon ecl-link ecl-link--primary-highlight\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watch forum online here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This next edition will be framed in the context of the evaluation of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/air\/reducing-emissions-air-pollutants\/national-emission-reduction-commitments-directive-evaluation_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Emission Reduction Commitments Directive<\/a>, due to be completed by the end of 2025, and the ongoing transposition of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/air\/air-quality_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revised Ambient Air Quality Directive<\/a>.\u00a0Sessions will also reflect on the\u00a0competitiveness of air quality measures and clean technology investments, and\u00a0showcase the contribution of Earth Observation to clean air policy.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions will cover the following topics:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earth observation and clean air<\/li>\n<li>Artificial intelligence and machine learning for air quality analysis<\/li>\n<li>Clean air innovation and investments for a competitive Europe<\/li>\n<li>Do our policies work?
