A beloved restaurant is sadly closing it’s doors. Platzki, which specialises in modern Polish cooking, has announced that due to rising financial costs, they will sadly be closing later this year.<\/p>\n

The restaurant, which is located on Deansgate<\/a> Mews, was met with hundreds of comments from customers after making the disclosure online. Platzki started life in 2018 with the restaurant known for serving up traditional Polish delicacies with a modern twist.<\/p>\n

In a post shared on their Facebook page, the restaurant wrote: “Dear Guests, We must share the difficult news that our restaurant will be closing on December 14th. This decision comes after months of fighting against the increasingly challenging economic conditions facing small, independent businesses across the UK.<\/p>\n

“Rising operational costs, high rentals, increased supplier prices, and shrinking margins have placed enormous pressure on establishments like ours. Despite our dedication, creativity, and every effort to adapt, the financial reality has become impossible to overcome.<\/p>\n

“For years, we poured our hearts into creating a place where food, passion, and community came together. Letting go is incredibly painful, but we do so knowing we gave it everything we had.<\/p>\n

“Thank you for supporting not only our restaurant, but also the spirit of independent hospitality. Your kindness and loyalty meant more than words can express.<\/p>\n

Betty Benson wrote: “What an absolute shame! I wish you all the very best for any future endeavour.”<\/p>\n

Oliwia Sitkowska said: “Oh no, so sorry to here this, your food was amazing every time we came. Absolutely loved it. Good luck for the future.”<\/p>\n

Anne Jaeger said: “So sorry to hear that! You made it such a lovely place with your great food, nice staff and welcoming atmosphere. Glad we can still enjoy it all in Didsbury<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
