Olivia Attwood had to miss Loose Women this week as she wasn’t feeling well – but she promised to come back soon and said fans will see more of her on ITV in 2026<\/p>\n

Olivia Attwood has shared an update on her future on ITV show This Morning<\/a> after being forced to miss Loose Women<\/a> this week as she wasn’t feeling well.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old Love Island<\/a> star has been battling a chest infection<\/a>, strep throat and “some fly type thing” that she is struggling to get rid of. Olivia<\/a> admitted she felt at “death’s door” due to her multiple health issues – but said she is determined to come back to work soon.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, she answered a Q&A on Instagram<\/a>, where fans asked her about her career and her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack<\/a>. One fan asked: “Are you still going to be a presenter on This Morning?”<\/p>\n

Olivia replied: “Yeh I’m coming back for more – can’t get rid of me now 2026.” Earlier this year, the star appeared on This Morning to discuss her new TV show The Price of Perfection in June – and revealed her news to hosts Cat Deeley<\/a> and Ben Shepherd.<\/p>\n

Engineering the conversation, Ben told the former star: “We’ve got some big news about This Morning and you in the summer.” In response, Olivia said: “I have some news yes, it’s very exciting. I\u2019ll be joining you guys on the hosting team on the other side of the sofa.”<\/p>\n

The TV duo then gestured for Olivia to sit on their side of the sofa to “feel what it’s like.” Getting up to switch her seat, the newbie said: “This is even more surreal.”<\/p>\n

Complimenting the new addition to the presenting team, Cat said: “We look amazing together.” And this prompted Olivia to ask Cat: “Shall we do a show together?”<\/p>\n

The Loose Women panellist add more detail to her announcement as she said: “So it’s a couple of shows, I’m very excited, it’s a huge honour. I’ve grown up watching this show, and being part of the ITV<\/a> presenting team with Loose Women has been a great experience so this just feels like a very natural progression.”<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Olivia apologised to fans for missing Loose Women. Sharing a photo of a doctor looking at a mobile heart monitor machine, the Love Island<\/a> said said her body “finally said no” and she had to drop out of the show.<\/p>\n

She wrote on Instagram that she wasn’t feeling well. Then in a new social media update, Olivia told her fans on TikTok: “I’m the firstborn daughter, first granddaughter, Taurus<\/a>. I don’t listen to anyone. Apparently that includes my body. I just don’t like being defeated.<\/p>\n

“This f—–g thing has defeated me. And now I’m on like 24 hours of doctor ordered lying about, being f—–g bone idle is what I call it. My half English, half German DNA is not coping well with being sedentary on the ADHD. Yeah.”<\/p>\n
