Helen Flanagan has opened up about the stress of family life. She shared some photographs of the time she spent with her children over the Easter holidays. The mum-of-three has spoken openly about her struggles with OCD, an eating disorder <\/a>and also dealing with Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).<\/p>\n The 34-year old actress played Rosie Webster on Coronation Street <\/a>for more than two decades, first appearing in 2000 as the daughter of Sally (Sally Dynevor) and Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell).<\/p>\n She left in 2012, before making a return to Weatherfield <\/a>in 2017. She later left to go on maternity leave in 2018, and has not reprised the role since.<\/p>\n Helen is in a relationship with Robbie Talbot. The pair are often snapped looking loved-up and Helen regularly shares pictures of the two of them to her social media pages.<\/p>\n Their relationship became public during her stint on the E4 reality show Celebs Go Dating. Though she had been rumoured to be dating him before joining the series, she confirmed the romance early in the show\u2019s 2024 run.<\/p>\n The romance follows Helen’s split from Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair in 2022. The two were together for thirteen years and in that time had a four-year engagement.<\/p>\n It seems Robbie has fitted into the family as Helen has taken to Instagram<\/a> a couple of times showing days out, including one to Formby<\/a> Beach. Adorable pictures showed the pair hugging and having fun with other pictures showing Robbie and the actresses three children, Matilda, nine, Delilah, six and Charlie, four.<\/p>\n Helen recently took to Instagram to share several snaps of her children during the Easter break. She wrote: “I loved the Easter holidays.<\/p>\n “The first week the children went to their daddies which they loved I usually like a break but I didn\u2019t enjoy it this time my PMDD was really kicking in and I just had lots of life stress to deal with.<\/p>\n “I loved the second week as me and Delilah went to Scotland together and I loved the bonding time with her she\u2019s so cute. I didn\u2019t feel guilty on Matilda as I\u2019ve done so many things with Matilda like Paris and New York on her own and I\u2019m constantly with Charlie.<\/p>\n “What I have learnt though is it doesn\u2019t matter about taking them somewhere fancy and spending lots of money but what does matter is just spending time with your children and that time were they just feel really loved.”<\/p>\n Helen also tagged some of the places she visited with her children for her ‘staycation.’ She wrote: “Shout out to these pages which I loved with the kids over the Easter holidays.” One of them included BeWILDerwood in Cheshire.<\/p>\n She described struggling with PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder.) In a recent interview with Women’s Health, Helen opened up about her experiences which make her feel like she has ‘four personalities in one month’.<\/p>\n She explained: “The luteal phase for me can be the very worst. I used to have very bad intense symptoms for about 10 days, severe depression\/sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness, anxiety\/ocd \u2013 so crippling I thought I was going mad, exhaustion, brain fog.<\/p>\n “I also get severe bloating before my period where I can pass off at being pregnant.” She is regularly open about her struggles, as she has had the condition since she was 16.<\/p>\n She has been focussing on cycle syncying to manage her PMDD.
