The grey Ford Focus was then recovered at just after 11am the same day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"huddersfieldexaminer\">This was on the footpath which leads towards Park Square Roundabout. The car was believed to be on <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.examinerlive.co.uk\/all-about\/crime\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">cloned plates,<\/a> and an investigation has now been launched.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"huddersfieldexaminer\">South Yorkshire Police said: &#8220;At 4.24am on Sunday (30 November), we were made aware of an abandoned car on a footpath near Wharf Street, Sheffield.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"huddersfieldexaminer\">&#8220;The car, a grey Ford Focus, was recovered at just after 11am on the same day.
