Newark, N.J. (November 21, 2025)<\/strong>– Lewis
\nBrisbois is pleased to welcome John Tambascia to its Newark office
\nas a partner in the General Liability andProfessional
\nLiabilityPractices. With over 25 years of experience handling all
\naspects of complex civil litigation, Mr. Tambascia has successfully
\ntried cases throughout state and federal courts in New York, New
\nJersey, and Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Tambascia has
\nconsistently achieved positive outcomes on behalf of clients
\nthrough alternative dispute resolution. He focuses his practice on
\nmatters involving professional malpractice as well as products
\nliability, construction, and transportation. Notably, Mr. Tambascia
\nhas pioneered the use of scale models for the purpose of evaluating
\nhow events underlying complex cases have occurred. He previously
\npracticed with Pillinger Miller Tarallo where he was a partner.<\/p>\n

In discussing his decision to join Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Tambascia
\nnoted, “I joined Lewis Brisbois to provide more flexible and
\nsuperior services for my clients. The firm has strong regional and
\nnational reach, which allows me to offer more personalized and

Mr. Tambascia earned his law degree from Penn State Dickinson
\nLaw and his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College. He is
\nadmitted to practice in federal and state court in New Jersey, New
\nYork, and Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals
