Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a man was discovered inside a Birmingham<\/a> property.<\/p>\n

The emergency services were called to Walsall<\/a> Road, close to Scott Arms, Perry Barr<\/a> around 6.30am on Wednesday, after a man suffered a cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n

Sadly, nothing could be done to help the man and he was declared dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

West Midlands Police<\/a> are currently treating the death as ‘unexplained’ and have arrested three people-two men and a woman- on suspicion of murder.<\/p>\n

Officers are said to have remained at the address until 1pm.<\/p>\n

According to local reports, the property is a HMO.<\/p>\n

West Midlands Police said: “We were called just after 6.30am this morning (3 Dec) to Walsall Road, Perry Barr after a man was found in cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n

“The man in his 40s, sadly dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

“His death is currently being treated as unexplained.<\/p>\n

“Two men aged 49 and 58 and a 41-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to our enquiries and are currently in custody for questioning.<\/p>\n
