Police bodycam footage has shown the dramatic moment officers had to chainsaw down a front door in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, April 29) to arrest a man in Birmingham.<\/p>\n
Officers from West Midlands Police’s major crime unit and county lines squad made the arrest just before 5am at a house in Edgbaston as part of a number of warrants that were executed across the city.<\/p>\n
The pre-planned operation saw officers jump out of their response van to swiftly enter the porch area of the house with a saw, which they used to cut down the door.<\/p>\n
