One can always count on Princess Anne to be consistent. For the third state banquet of the year, the Princess Royal chose the Aquamarine Pineflower Tiara. Made by Cartier, the headpiece features emerald-cut aquamarines and diamonds. This tiara also has special meaning for Anne as it was a wedding gift in 1973 from her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.<\/p>\n
