Dave\u2019s Hot Chicken has had a spectacular first year in the UK.\u00a0The Drake-backed brand\u00a0launched its first chicken shop this side of the Atlantic in December 2024, with people lining up around the block just to get a bite of its fried delights.\u00a0Within 12 months,\u00a0Dave\u2019s\u00a0expanded to\u00a0Birmingham<\/a>,\u00a0Manchester<\/a>, Stevenage and Leicester, opened a second London outpost in Westfield White City and\u00a0revealed plans to introduce almost 60\u00a0more\u00a0locations across the UK.\u00a0Now a third Dave\u2019s is coming to the capital.<\/p>\n

The viral chain\u2019s newest chicken shop will\u00a0open at 7-11 High Street in Croydon on December 16<\/strong>.\u00a0It\u2019ll be open from 11am until 10pm Monday to Thursday and Sundays, but 11am until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.<\/p>\n

Jim Attwood, managing director of Dave\u2019s Hot Chicken UK, told the Metro<\/a>: \u2018We can\u2019t wait to close out the year with our sixth new opening and bring our signature heat to\u00a0Croydon<\/a>. This dynamic borough, known for its fried chicken shops, has a vibrant food culture and an energy that fits Dave\u2019s attitude like a glove.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018We\u2019re looking forward to opening our doors to welcome both new and returning fans to experience our unique spicy chicken. This launch isn\u2019t just an expansion, it\u2019s us bringing big flavour to one of London\u2019s most iconic communities.\u2019<\/p>\n
