Martin <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/upton\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Upton<\/a>, 38, from <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/kirkdale\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Kirkdale<\/a>, is wanted on a recall to prison. He has breached his licensing conditions after he served time in jail for drugs supply offences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">He is <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/crime\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">described<\/a> as being around 5ft 8in tall, has a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.
