\n This was said to have been done by entering Scotland without sending written notice of travel to the police within 24 hours.\n<\/p>\n
\n He is further said to have breached the order by having the Zoraki pistol, MAXXTech Ammunition and the \u00a310,225 in cash.\n<\/p>\n
\n The last alleged breach is that he concealed his identity by having his hood up to avoid detection by police officers.\n<\/p>\n
\n Britton, of Manchester, Davies who has no fixed abode, Johnson of Bury, and Taylor of Salford, made no plea during a private hearing.\n<\/p>\n
\n They were represented by their lawyers Ian Sievwright, Megan Voy and Bobby Reid. Fiscal Jamie Grant prosecuted.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n All four were remanded in custody and committed for further examination by Sheriff Gerard Bonnar.\n<\/p>\n
