And while no London restaurants ranked in the\u00a0top three, the\u00a0capital cleaned up quite nicely across the rest of the list.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The ranking, which is based on 30,000 reports from a survey of 2,500 diners, features 38 London institutions this year. And the\u00a0highest ranked of the lot\u00a0was <strong>The Ledbury<\/strong> in Notting Hill.<\/p>\n<p> Placing fourth on the ranking, diners hailed\u00a0The Ledbury for its\u00a0\u2018head-to-toe near perfection\u2026 from the the owner, to the staff and especially to the tasting menu\u2019 and \u2018wallet-scorching but exceptional\u2019. It received a \u2018very good\u2019 four out of five for its food and ambiance and a \u2018good\u2019 three out of five for service.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The luxury institution from chefs Brett Graham and Nigel Platts-Martin has been around since 2005 and has been showered with accolades over the past few decades. It\u2019s been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/news\/this-west-london-restaurant-has-been-named-the-best-in-the-uk-at-the-national-restaurant-awards-2024-061124\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">named the UK\u2019s best restaurant<\/a> on multiple occasions, earned two Michelin stars by 2010 and picked up its third Michelin star in 2024.\u00a0The Ledbury closed for two years after the pandemic but since returning in 2022 has gone from strength to strength. One reviewer called the dishes \u2018genius\u2019 while another said it has \u2018unquestionably the most impressive front of house staff\u2019 they\u2019ve ever encountered.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Being so highly decorated, eating here\u00a0doesn\u2019t come cheap. If you were to stop by The Ledbury for a three-course dinner plus half a bottle of wine and coffee, you\u2019re looking at spending around \u00a3345.<\/p>\n<p>Other London restaurants to make it into Harden\u2019s top 10 were Row on 5, Humble Chicken in Soho and Da Terra in Bethnal Green.
