Two Liverpool homes that were the most viewed in the city on Zoopla last month are still on the market. The real estate company<\/a> has revealed a staggering number of people viewed the houses over thousands of others listed on their website.<\/p>\n

Zoopla provided the ECHO <\/a>with the top five most viewed properties in Liverpool for the month of November. This included a home Scarisbrick Crescent in Walton<\/a>, Stapleton Close in Belle Vale, Burghill Road in Croxteth<\/a>, Guion Street in Kensington and Tithebarn Grove in Wavertree<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Due to their evident popularity, three of these properties have since been sold. However, there are two in demand properties still up for grabs.<\/a><\/p>\n

One is a three bed semi-detached house for sale on Scarisbrick Crescent.<\/a> This beautiful property is on the market for \u00a3185,000 and has “great potential” for first time buyers or families looking to upsize.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, if you’re looking a modern semi detached house, then the \u00a3100,000 property for sale on Guion Street in Kensington,<\/a> could be perfect for you.<\/p>\n
