Sarah served as an ambassador, lending her public profile to the project, which aimed to carve a niche in a crowded social media landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Lifestyle app, vVoosh, was founded by Manuel Fernandez, a close friend of Ms Ferguson. It was put into administration last month and its failure will raise further questions about <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2138191\/sarah-ferguson-concern-royal-family-epstein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sarah and the business relationships she pursued.\u00a0<\/a><br \/>vVoosh raised around \u00a39m, including more than \u00a31m from the UK government through research and development tax credits, according to documents filed by the administrator.<\/p>\n<p>The administrator&#8217;s report describes a &#8220;breakdown in communication between the current directors\/major creditors and the founder [Mr Fernandez], who ceased communication following [his] resignation as a director earlier in the year&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The report says that the company is owed \u00a3324,609 by a former director. The <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/articles\/cgl6zejp75wo\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BBC<\/a> claim it is believed to be Mr Fernandez, who is the only director to leave the company since 2019.
