A superb double stop was the highlight as he produced a number of vital saves and played a key part in the win.

Amadou Mbengue: 7
Mbengue has caught the eye as a full-back (Picture: Rob Avis)

Scatty on the ball at times, but Mbengue adds energy at right-back and Rangers look a better team since he was deployed there.

Jimmy Dunne: 7

Did well at the heart of the defence. A vital block to deny Michael Johnston during a second-half spell in which the hosts were under pressure was an important moment in the game.

Jake Clarke-Salter: 7

Back in the side and put in a steady performance.
