The Met Office has issued several yellow weather warnings for the incoming week. After an unsettled weekend, further wet and windy conditions are expected this coming week, with further impacts expected.<\/a><\/p>\n Yellow warnings for rain and wind<\/a> have been issued for late Monday into Tuesday across parts of southern and central England, South Wales, north west England and Scotland as a \u201cdeep area of low pressure brings disruption\u201d. A yellow wind warning has been issued for several parts across North Wales <\/a>and several other parts of the country.<\/p>\n This includes the likes of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Pembrokeshire, Powys and Swansea.<\/p>\n The warning is in place from Monday, December 8 at 10pm until 4pm the next day, Tuesday, December 9.<\/p>\n It has been warned that heavy rain is also expected, and with this, there may be some flooding and travel disruption in places. The Met Office said: “Fast flowing or deep floodwater is possible, causing a danger to life.”<\/p>\n There is also a \u201cslight chance\u201d of power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses.<\/p>\n Closer to home, people of Merseyside can expect a cool and damp week overall with temperatures staying between about 8\u201315 \u00b0C. Rain and showers are likely on several days, so a waterproof jacket or umbrella will come in handy.<\/p>\n The best weather<\/a> looks to be on Wednesday, December 10, with partial sunshine. It is said to be the clearest day of the week.<\/p>\n Tomorrow, Monday, December 8, Merseyside will mostly be cloudy with \u201ca couple of showers\u201d.<\/p>\n Whereas Tuesday, December 9, will have periods of rain in the morning, but otherwise mostly cloudy and breezy.<\/p>\n It comes as a Merseyside event cancelled this weekend due to the weather. The Blue Anchor, found in Aintree<\/a>, has been hosting its Family Winter Wonderland experience this weekend.<\/a><\/p>\n The event ran as planned on Saturday, December 6.
