\n The new homes form part of KHA\u2019s ambitious development programme. Over the next five years, the association plans to deliver 2,500 new homes, increasing its supply of affordable housing by almost a third.\n<\/p>\n
\n Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Fife, Kingdom Housing Association now manages more than 7,000 homes, providing housing, care and support services across the region.\n<\/p>\n
\n The latest lending facility builds on KHA\u2019s long-standing relationship with the Royal Bank of Scotland, bringing total lending between the two organisations to \u00a361 million.\n<\/p>\n
