Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been pictured leaving the club’s training ground for the first time since his scathing rant. The Egyptian made incendiary comments<\/a> regarding his happiness at Anfield<\/a> following a third successive game on the bench.<\/p>\n Salah was left in the cold, as an unused substitute, for their 3-3 draw with Leeds United.<\/a> Dominik Szoboszlai deputised in his place and found the back of the net but Liverpool twice relinquished their lead as Ao Tanaka equalised in stoppage-time.<\/p>\n The 33-year-old faces an uncertain future, with the Egyptian joining up with his international teammates next week for the Africa Cup of Nations.<\/a> Saudi Arabian clubs are said to be lurking and monitoring the situation on Merseyside as Salah accused that he has been “thrown under the bus”.<\/p>\n OPINION<\/p>\n On Sunday, he was spotted arriving at the AXA Training Centre as the media storm continues following his comments. The forward was seen in his black Rolls-Royce and offered a smile for the cameras waiting outside the training ground.<\/p>\n Salah joined his teammates for a standard day of recovery following their draw with Leeds which leaves them three points off the top four. Speaking in the mixed zone at Elland Road,<\/a> Salah said: “I have done so much for this club down the years and especially last season.<\/p>\n “Now I’m sitting on the bench, and I don’t know why. It seems like the club has thrown me under the bus. That is how I am feeling. I think it is very clear that someone wanted me to get all of the blame.<\/p>\n “I got a lot of promises in the summer and so far, I am on the bench for three games so I can’t say they keep the promise.<\/p>\n “I said many times before that I had a good relationship with the manager and all of a sudden, we don’t have any relationship. I don’t know why, but it seems to me, how I see it, that someone doesn’t want me in the club.<\/p>\n “Yeah, there’s no relationship between us [him and Arne Slot]. It was a very good relationship and now all of a sudden there is no relationship.”<\/p>\n Liverpool are back in action on Tuesday<\/a> when they travel to Serie A to take on Inter Milan in the Champions League<\/a>.<\/p>\n It’s a must-win for the Reds as they look to return to winning ways in the competition following their 4-1 home defeat to PSV Eindhoven.<\/p>\n They sit outside of the automatic qualification places and face playing a playoff match, in order to progress into the Champions League knockout stages.<\/p>\n However, it remains to be seen whether Salah will play a part after being on the bench for the last three matches.
