According to him, Chancellor Friedrich Merz will meet with the country\u2019s Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron, and after 2:00 PM Kyiv time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will join the E3 leaders.<\/p>\n
