It\u2019s been more than five years since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down from their royal duties to build their own separate lives in Montecito. However, experts note that since their break from the monarchy, the couple\u2019s star power in Hollywood has been fading, a reality they are reportedly \u201coblivious\u201d to.<\/p>\n

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been working hard, taking on various projects to establish themselves outside the monarchy. However, according to royal experts, their popularity in Hollywood is declining. Kinsey Schofield, host of \u201cKinsey Schofield Unfiltered,\u201d told Fox News Digital<\/a>, \u201cTheir star power is fading.\u201d <\/p>\n

The expert further stated that the decline in popularity will be a frustrating experience for Harry and Meghan as they are used to receiving admiration from the public. As per Schofield, they will continue to remain in the public eye in order to generate income.<\/p>\n

However, there\u2019s a catch here as the host believes \u201cMeghan\u2019s commercial ambitions\u00a0conflict with Harry<\/a>\u2019s desire to rebuild royal bridges.\u201d She continued, \u201cAs long as she uses her title for business, the royal family will keep their distance. And as long as the family keeps that distance, Harry\u2019s popularity will continue to suffer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schofield also believes that Markle is not being entirely honest when she claims she isn\u2019t bothered by criticism. The YouTube host even compared how Harry and Meghan react to negative commentary. According to Schofield, while the Duchess is often \u201ceager to respond\u201d to rumors and subtly address criticism in interviews, Harry tends to do the opposite. \u201cHe was raised with the mantra \u2018never complain, never explain,\u201d continued Schofield. <\/p>\n

However, sources say that they never allow criticism<\/a> to affect their relationship and have been busy carving their paths. Markle built her brand, \u201cAs Ever,\u201d and also starred in the show, \u201cWith Love, Meghan.\u201d Despite this, royal experts believe the couple\u2019s popularity is fading. <\/p>\n
