He made the statement at the OSCE foreign ministers\u2019 meeting.<\/p>\n<p>  <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/jam-news.net\/russia-proposes-moving-geneva-discussions-from-switzerland-to-a-neutral-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wi-full-height wi-ratio-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2025-11-13-at-15.25.35.png\" alt=\"65th round of Geneva discussions\" uk-img=\"\"\/><br \/>\n  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMoscow\u2019s actions pose a clear threat to peace and security in Europe and beyond \u2014 from cyberattacks on critical infrastructure to incursions into the airspace of countries represented at this table, and the continued occupation of territories. All of this has consequences not only for Euro-Atlantic security, but for global security as well.<\/p>\n<p>We urge Russia to honour its OSCE commitments and withdraw its forces from Georgia\u2019s territories \u2014 Abkhazia and South Ossetia \u2014 as well as from Transnistria in Moldova, in full accordance with international law. While we hold Russia accountable, our efforts to support peace, of course, continue.<\/p>\n<p>Putin has repeatedly broken his word, and there is no sign he is ready for negotiations. Whatever happens in the coming days, we must stay focused on the future \u2014 a future that means a strong, peaceful and prosperous Ukraine.
