Or at the very least, you\u2019ll have clocked the queues snaking out the door. Now the cult fry shop is finally coming to London, opening in the old Balans Soho site on Old Compton Street in Soho<\/a>.<\/p>\n The brand is the creation of\u00a0three-Michelin-starred Dutch chef Sergio Herman, and in their own words, the chips are\u00a0\u201cF**ing Perfect.\u201d Expect\u00a0hand-cut, double-fried frites, served with sauces like\u00a0truffle mayo,\u00a0piccalilli, and\u00a0spicy andalouse, plus loaded options including\u00a0Spicy Royal Rendang,\u00a0Old Flemish Beef Stew, and\u00a0Vegan Chilli Con Queso. Everything is made in-house, and the menu doesn\u2019t stop at fries \u2014 there\u2019ll be\u00a0burgers<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0croquettes\u00a0too.<\/p>\n Oh, and the frites come with suggested booze pairings including champagne, which reminded us of\u00a0Heard, the burger-and-fries spot from two-Michelin-star chef Jordan Bailey.
