With more than 600 projects submitted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/competitions\/google-gemma-3n-hackathon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gemma 3n Impact Challenge<\/a> on Kaggle, the community delivered on that promise.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"aj3sn\">Today, we\u2019re excited to introduce the winners:<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"fjurp\">Gemma Vision is an AI assistant designed for visually impaired people. The developer\u2019s brother, who is blind, played a vital role in ensuring features were genuinely helpful for the blind community.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"caiqt\">Because holding a phone can be impractical while using a cane, the system was designed to process visuals from a phone camera strapped to the user\u2019s chest.
