The Duchess also revealed the very touching nightly ritual she performs for the couple’s two children, Archie and Lilibet, which will hopefully give them memories on which to reflect when they’re older. The mother-of-two explained that she was inspired by one of her \u2018mom friends\u2019 to write emails for her children \u2018every night\u2019 that they can open \u2018maybe when they\u2019re 16, maybe when they’re 18. She added: \u2018I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for them. And so I created for the kids these email addresses\u2026 that I will give them at some point. Before I go to bed, almost every night, I email them.\u2019 In one heart-warming moment, Meghan professed herself \u2018so proud\u2019 of her children and, wiping away tears, poignantly discussed her love language, explaining that it’s \u2018not about the grandeur of a gesture\u2019 but instead those tiny moments that show \u2018I see you, I\u2019m nurturing you\u2019.<\/p>\n
