The mother-of-two explained that she was inspired by one of her \u2018mom friends\u2019 to write emails for her children \u2018every night\u2019 that they can open \u2018maybe when they\u2019re 16, maybe when they&#8217;re 18. She added: \u2018I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for them. And so I created for the kids these email addresses\u2026 that I will give them at some point. Before I go to bed, almost every night, I email them.\u2019 In one heart-warming moment, Meghan professed herself \u2018so proud\u2019 of her children and, wiping away tears, poignantly discussed her love language, explaining that it&#8217;s \u2018not about the grandeur of a gesture\u2019 but instead those tiny moments that show \u2018I see you, I\u2019m nurturing you\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Moved to tears at one point, Meghan talked of her love language, and the way she shows her children and others that she is \u2018nurturing\u2019 them<\/p>\n<p>Instagram @jamiekernlima<\/p>\n<p>These moving insights into her family life were paired with Meghan&#8217;s reflections on her own growth, and how she no longer feels the need to prove herself to others. \u2018We spend so much of our lives trying to prove something, to prove that you&#8217;re enough, you have to prove that you&#8217;re pretty enough, you have to prove you&#8217;re smart enough, you have to prove that you&#8217;re a good wife or a good friend,\u2019 she told Kern Lima, adding that she was now \u2018done\u2019 with that game. \u2018I know that I&#8217;m a great friend, and I know the kind of mum I am, and I know the kind of human being I am, and I know how I show up.
