Birmingham City should re-sign Che Adams<\/a> in the January transfer window according to former Blues striker Clinton Morrison.<\/p>\n Blues<\/a> could be on the hunt for a new centre-forward in January with the future of Lyndon Dykes<\/a> up in the air.<\/p>\n Dykes wants regular football<\/a> in the build-up to Scotland\u2019s World Cup campaign and Chris Davies<\/a> has only handed him two Championship starts this season.<\/p>\n The striker\u2019s departure would pave the way for Blues to bring in another centre-forward and Dykes\u2019 international teammate Adams would be a popular choice.<\/p>\n Adams netted 22 goals in the 2018\/19 season for Blues before securing a big money move to Southampton and remains a firm favourite with supporters.<\/p>\n The 29-year-old was linked with a return to St Andrew\u2019s during the summer window but it is understood that the deal was never actively pursued, despite Adams having plenty of admirers in the club\u2019s corridors of power.<\/p>\n Adams enjoyed an impressive first campaign in Italy with Torino, scoring nine goals in Serie A, but he hasn\u2019t been a fixture in their starting XI this season.<\/p>\n Morrison thinks Adams might be the striking solution Blues need in January.<\/p>\n Speaking to Free Bets<\/a>, Morrison said: \u201cI’ve been hearing a lot of things about trying to sign Che Adams. He\u2019s been doing fairly well in Italy and I do think he’s the type of striker that they probably need.<\/p>\n \u201cBut it’ll be interesting because he’s only going to go there if he’s playing regularly because with Scotland in the World Cup, he\u2019ll want to be starting in that tournament and the only way he does that is by playing and scoring goals.\u201d<\/p>\n Should Blues bring Adams back?
